Analyst/Senior Analyst - Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid (UK business hours)

Role Summary

Working as part of the Delta Capita Internal HR Team, you will ensure that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for live roles and build a strong pipeline for the future. The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment team in managing and facilitating the hiring process.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a strong DC ambassador; driving a positive candidate experience.
• Will assist in coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases/trackers and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers for roles in Europe and APAC.
• Send out interview invitations, confirm availability, and ensure the timely participation of all parties.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the global recruitment team and other HR department to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Skills and Experience

You will have:

Graduate in any discipline.

Not more than 4 years of experience in recruitment operations and coordination.

Hands on in intermediate excel.

Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational context.

Collaborative approach

Strong communicator (Written and Verbal).

It would be great if you have:

Experience in Financial Services, FinTech.

Exposure of using of Applicant Tracking Systems like Recruitee, Hirecraft, Taleo Etc.
