Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and the ongoing management of "operate" services. This role includes planning, scheduling, and directing projects to meet client requirements, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of deployed Teradata environments.

Experience:

10-14 years of experience in Teradata tools and utilities

Strong background in relational Database (Oracle/SQL/Postgres)

Hands-on experience with Teradata SQL programming, developing scripts, functions using Teradata utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Teradata tools and utilities such as Teradata SQL assistant, Import/Export

Professional expertise in Teradata SQL programming, developing scripts, functions using Teradata utilities.

Strong skills in analyzing fact tables and associated measures.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and macros.

Ensure data, integrity, consistency, and security in Teradata environment.

Manage Teradata environments, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.

Utilize Explain Plan for query tuning and index management.

Managerial Skills:

Lead project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including incident management and service monitoring.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage and mentor team members, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.

Should have good experience working in ITIL framework.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Flexibility to meet critical deadlines as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

ITIL/PMP certification is plus.

Certification in related technologies is desirable.

Job Locations:

Open to candidates across India, preferred location is Thane, Bhubaneshwar, Coimbatore
