Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term business plans to position Della Luxury Products as a leader in the luxury lighting sector. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the luxury lighting industry. Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centricity within the division. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities globally.
