Human Resource Admin, Sr. HR Manager
Job Summary:
Della Adventure Resorts is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager with a strong generalist profile to oversee all aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training development, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce planning aligns with business needs.
2. Employee Relations Engagement:
Act as a key point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
Foster a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company values and policies.
3. Performance Management Training:
Drive performance appraisal processes and ensure effective goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership to develop training programs.
Conduct workshops and learning sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
4. HR Operations Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
Maintain HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and policies.
Manage payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.
5. Organizational Development Strategy:
Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Drive succession planning and career development programs to nurture internal talent.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational efficiency.
Qualifications Skills:
Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 9-10 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
