Position Summary:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) HR will play a critical role in shaping the companys human resource strategies, policies, and processes. This leadership position is responsible for managing the HR operations, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Training Need Analysis (TNA) is the process of identifying and assessing the skills and knowledge gaps within an organization to design targeted training programs that enhance employee performance and productivity.
Collaborate with management to design compensation plans, benefits programs, and employee incentive schemes.
Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with POSH, labor laws, regulations, industry standards and Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure the administration of HR programs related to compliance, including health and safety, employee leave, and workplace discrimination.
Maintain and update employee handbooks and policy manuals in line with changing legal requirements.
Manage HR systems and tools for effective tracking of employee data, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation in HR processes and advocate for innovative solutions.
Ensure data privacy and confidentiality within HR systems.
Ensure the entire payroll processing cycle is executed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner, including. Processing employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
