Job Description


Recruitment Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
Maintain a talent pipeline for key positions within the hospitality sector.
Employee Relations Engagement:
Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure resolution in compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a healthy work culture.
Training Development:
Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards.
Payroll Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations and timely disbursement.
Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and wellness programs.
Ensure compliance with tax and statutory deductions.
Compliance HR Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and hospitality industry norms.
Develop and update HR policies in line with legal and business requirements.
Conduct audits to ensure HR policies and processes are effectively implemented.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback collection.
Assist in designing and implementing performance improvement plans (PIP).
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and career growth.
HR Administration Reporting:
Maintain HR records, including attendance, employee data, and documentation.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Utilize HR software to streamline administrative processes.
Required Qualifications Skills:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum Job Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry Reporting to: Director of HR Travel: NA
