Summary:As a Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks, collaborate with sponsors, drive profitability, measure progress, and support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead project planning and execution.

Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Delivery.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience in managing large, complex projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in IT service management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Delivery.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
