Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager - Inside Sales - US Clients

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute demand generation programs across multiple channels, including Outbound calls & email, webinars, events etc to contact potential customers and generate new sales opportunities

● Ability to do approx daily 80 calls to be able to connect with 30-40 leads and align around 5-10 meetings on a weekly basis.

● Build predictable new sales opportunity pipeline by scouting for opportunities from the target market segment

● Knack to achieve sales target numbers especially focused on building top of the sales funnel ● Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities

● Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities ( Strong knowledge of AMB (Account Based Marketing).

● Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to contract closure stage

● Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

● Staying informed about competing products & services. Identifying new market segments for OS1

● Regular update of all clients on Hubspot CRM

● Disciplined and rigorous when it comes to daily opportunity qualification and lead nurturing

Key Requirements

● 2-4 years of experience working as in outbound sales development

● Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social media outreach

● Proficiency with tools (Hubspot preferred, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha etc ), MS Office, Google Suite and Sales Engagement Platforms (Salesloft/ Outreach preferred)

● Good understanding of sales performance metrics

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Customer first approach

● Problem-solving aptitude

● Sharp business acumen and target orientation
