Front Office Executive

Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming the visitors.
Answering phone calls.
Handling the queries raised by the parents and solving them accordingly.
Take care of admission procedure and maintaining the admission query record.
Timely follow up of queries regarding the admission.
Maintaining the daily attendance record of all the classes.
Issuing gate pass to the students.
Coordinating with all the departments.
Guiding students regarding their queries.
Calling students from the class as per the parents demand.
Calling teachers from their respective classes as per the requirement.
Follow up with parents on student absences.
Making transfer certificates.
Accepting deliveries / letters/ parcels and maintaining the record and distribute same.
Maintaining records of the students departing earlier for transport department.
Take requests for lost exit cards and transfers the same to the PA for re issue, maintains a record of cards reissued.
