Head- Marketing & Communications

Role & responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution :

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to increase market share and awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Optimize the marketing budget to ensure high ROI on campaigns.

2. Communications and Public Relations

• Lead the development of internal and external communications strategies.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and public appearances to build a strong public image.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
• Handle crisis communication and act as a spokesperson when needed.

3. Digital and Social Media Marketing

• Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Drive the growth of social media presence and engagement.
• Leverage data analytics to measure the success of digital campaigns and optimize performance.

4. Leadership and Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Set KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and public relations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media tools.
