Job Description
Marketing & Events Operations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Plan, organize, and execute various events including conferences, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
-Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audio-visual requirements, while overseeing onsite event management to ensure smooth execution and an excellent attendee experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, editorial, design) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing activities and events.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors, sponsors, and partners to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
Evaluation and Reporting:
- Conduct post-event evaluations and marketing campaign analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign and event performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Presentation skills :
-Possesses strong presentation making skills, consistently delivering excellent presentations on time while effectively covering all important details.
Requirements:
- bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations and/or events management, preferably in the publishing or media industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Possess strong presentation making skills with meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and event management tasks.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative marketing campaigns and successful event experiences.
