Executive / Sr. Executive - Finance

Reporting to: Manager Finance

Purpose of the Job:

• In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, efficacy of scheme, schemes & other discounts mapping in SAP, and ensuring that our pricing model is competitive, profitable, and aligned with our business goals.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, marketing, and product to drive data-driven pricing decisions.

Expected Key Results: Price Maintenance

Activities:

• Assist in updating and maintaining pricing tables, models, and systems. Ensure that pricing information is up to date and accurate across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent pricing strategies and support any pricing-related queries or initiatives.
• Help maintain pricing documentation, ensuring that pricing practices comply with company policies, approvals and regulatory standards.
• Maintaining Tax master for primary billing and stock transfer
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• MIS reports preparation and review with RM.

Activities:

• Help generate and maintain regular pricing reports and dashboards.
• Track pricing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
• Efficacy of schemes/discounts

Expected Key Results: Budgeting

Activities:

• Assisting in drafting of channel & sku wise Annual Operating Plan and ensure all data collect within stipulated time and prepare all relevant reports.

Prime: To assist the Delivery/ Department Heads with decision making for effective deliveries.

Shared: Decisions reached jointly with stakeholders on collective basis

Contributory: Makes a major contribution to all the day to day decisions made by the stakeholders and senior management

Demonstrate:

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas (SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF statements), pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to clean and analyze large datasets, and generate clear, concise reports
• Sound knowledge of SAP

MBA / B. Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Working Experience

Must have: 3-4 years in FMCG.
