Role & responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible to manage the sales operation of the concerned area (B2B & B2C) and achieve more than 100% of AOP numbers in order to achieve planned numbers of the company.

Job responsibilities:

• Managing Secondary customers (Retailers) as per PJP/Beat Plan.
• Ensuring range selling.
• Facilitating new customer acquisition.
• To deliver Secondary plan and secondary KPIs by using SFA/ Sales Call Process.
• Communicate Schemes effectively and generate sales.
• Merchandise Delmonte Brands as per planogram.
• Placing the Right Product to right outlets.
• Share the secondary orders with the Distributor.
• Share competitor Activities to TSMs.
• Handover the secondary orders to DBs and make sure the same billing happens through DMS.
• Reporting to TSMs on a daily basis.
• Identifying the new business opportunities like product placement in gifting, events, tourist places, corporates etc.
• Launching New Products to relevant outlet/channel (As per marketing)

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Level

BDE (Minimum) Graduation (in any specialization) is must.

DSR/Jr.BDE (Minimum) 12th Pass

Exp: Must have: 1-6 years of experience of handling the sales.
