1. Responsible for Operating and Maintaining machine as per SOP.

2. Ensuring the functionality, troubleshooting and maintenance of machine.

3. Ensure machine filling parameter specification meet as per standard SOP.

4. Perform routine machine preventive maintenance activity as per scheduled.

5. Monitoring production output to ensure efficiency and meet production targets.

6. Ensure shift production documentations, reports etc.

7. Communicate effectively with team members, your superior and other department.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during machine operation.

9. Ensure foods safety compliance with workplace and standard.

10. Contribute and participate in continuous improvement initiative

11. Ensuring their machine and surrounding hygiene.

12. Ensure machine wastages as per norms and participate improvement initiative

13. Follow the 5s, GMP, food safety norms as per company standards
