Customer Success Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for an exceptional Customer Success Executive to provide world-class support to our customers. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and promoting customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and address billing concerns in a fair and efficient way.
• Process orders, handle payments, and manage returns and exchanges.
• Provide technical assistance and product usage guidance to customers.
• Make changes to customer accounts as needed.
• Direct customers to the right department or supervisor when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. (freshers are also welcome)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
• Must be Graduate
