Customer Relationship Manager

DecoTales - We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales / Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Freshers are also Welcome. Graduates / Under Graduates.

Job Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address client queries and ensure feasibility of solutions.
• Identify potential leads through market research and industry analysis.
• Support the sales cycle by responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
• Maintain technical knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, negotiations, and close deals effectively.
• Understand customer pain points and propose suitable products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for clients.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
