We are seeking a committed and adaptable Customer Relations Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Team of 4 to 5 Customer relationship executive, customer inquiries, managing social media interactions, and providing a positive customer experience both online and offline. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple company locations, including our showroom, backend office, factory, and old office, providing a diverse and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Handling
Well know to handle a team of 4 to 5 Customer support executives and monitor the performances and additional support to the team for the development.
Customer Interaction and Support:
Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and share information about our products and services.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions to enhance the overall customer experience and uphold our brand reputation.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media platforms by responding to customer comments, messages, and online reviews, while actively tracking customer feedback and monitoring trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and post engaging content, supporting brand awareness and customer engagement.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
Demonstrate flexibility in taking on a range of tasks across different company functions, including showroom support, backend office duties, and various cross-departmental projects.
Show a willingness to learn new skills that can add value across all departments and help meet company needs.
Event Coordination During Seasonal and Festival Times:
Participate in coordinating and supporting various events during seasonal and festival times at different locations as required.
Actively contribute to ensuring the success of these events by handling customer interactions and providing on-site assistance.
Performance-Based Location Shifts:
Multi-Location Assignments: The role may require you to work at any of our locations, including the showroom, backend office, factory, and old office, based on performance, business needs, and specific project requirements.
Transfers and Adjustments: Candidates should be prepared for transfers or location adjustments as needed, with advance notice provided to allow for preparation.
Commitment to Flexibility: This role is suited to individuals who are adaptable and willing to support the company across different settings and roles.
Training and Development:
Participate in comprehensive training sessions to enhance customer service skills, gain product knowledge, and understand company policies.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in customer service and social media management preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly to different roles, tasks, and work settings as required.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and eagerness for continuous learning.
Additional Conditions:
Work Flexibility: We operate in multiple locations (showroom, backend office, factory, and old office), and candidates must be open to working across these sites depending on performance and business needs.
Location and Role Changes : Transfers between locations may be necessary, and the candidate will be informed of any changes in advance.
Event Participation: During seasonal and festival times, candidates must be prepared to support and participate in events at various locations as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000 Per Month
