Job Title: Beam Saw Machine Operator

Department: Production

Location: Factory/Manufacturing Unit

Reports To: Production Supervisor/Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate beam saw machines to cut and process materials like plywood, MDF, and other sheet materials for furniture or interior products.

Interpret work orders, production schedules, and material specifications to execute precise cutting plans.

Program and adjust machine settings for optimized cutting speed, pressure, and blade alignment.

Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and make adjustments as needed.

Perform routine maintenance on the beam saw, such as blade replacement and lubrication, to ensure long-term reliability.

Organize processed materials and maintain records of completed tasks for production tracking.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

ITI or diploma in woodworking, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience operating beam saw machines.

Familiarity with cutting techniques for sheet materials and understanding of beam saw operations.

Basic knowledge of CNC or automated cutting machines is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
