Job Description: Production Shift Incharge Modular Furniture Manufacturing

Position Title: Production Shift Incharge

Location: [Factory Mallur - Bangalore]

Shift: Rotational (including Night Shift, weekly rotation)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in modular furniture production

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities during the assigned shift to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise and manage the production team, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.

Monitor and maintain quality standards during production to meet company specifications.

Manage shift handovers, ensuring effective communication between shifts.

Ensure safety regulations and protocols are followed at all times.

Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate shift records and report on production performance.

Assist in staff training and development to enhance team skills and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the production of modular furniture.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge: Familiarity with modular furniture production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
