Senior Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Accounts, Taxation, statutory compliances (ROC, IT, GST etc).

2. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records/financial statements/accounts receivable/accounts payable/invoice processing/petty cash/cash management/cash book.

3. Check all the entries posted in Tally.

4. Post-process journal entries, accounts receivable and payable-issue invoices, perform reconciliations, preparation of monthly/yearly closing, update financial data in database.

5. Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must be well-versed in accounting principles and statutory compliances and able to work comfortably with numbers with attention to detail.

2. Should be proficient in MS office packages (Excel, Word), Google spreadsheets etc.

3. Expert in Tally Prime.

4. Good knowledge and experience in TDS and GST, Income Tax, ROC compliances.
