The Sales Head - B2B (Food & Nutraceuticals Industry) will have a full-time on-site role located
in Agra. This person will oversee the sales department and lead all sales initiatives, including
collaborating with cross-functional teams and building lasting business relationships with
clients.

Qualifications: MTech /B-tech Food Technology, B- Pharma or equivalent.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Manage Sales projects with respect to numbers, clarity on scope of supply target in maximum level of customer satisfaction while achieving maximum profit margins for the company.
The Sales Head will be responsible for generating overall sales of the company and managing the sales teams.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, driving sales operations, market development and setting up and managing distributors.
Ensure effective and profitable execution of all sales activities in line with the corporate objectives.
