Vice Principal

Role & responsibilities :

• Reporting to the Principal and management committee of the school you will be responsible for enhancing the image of the school and student excellence.
• Preparing and executing the Institutional Plan / Perspective Plan / Forecasting Plan for the School and its overall development to enhance the performance of the School.
• Ensure processes are implemented for envisaged results in respect of Human Learning, Inculcation of Values and character building, Career, and Psychological counseling.
• Coordinate the academic programme curricular and co-curricular. Implementation of scholastic and co-scholastic activities.
• Conducting quarterly/half yearly/yearly faculty evaluations and providing guidance to staff and students, and encourage a positive climate in the Institution.
• Help the new faculty to acclimatize themselves in understanding the ethos of the Institution.
• Handle routine issues concerning Students, Parents
• and timely meeting them as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile :

must possess a postgraduate academic degree in a

Teaching subject with M.ED from a recognized University.

• Prepare and submit all reports to the concerned authorities / management in a timely manner.
• Responsible for continuous assessment, bench-marking, innovation, and implementation of appropriate processes to constantly improve.
• Resolve conflicts between students, teachers, parents or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.

Any other assignment given by the Concerned Authorities / Management from time to time.

• Responsible for teacher supervision, guidance, and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment will play a key role in the school improvement planning process to ensure sustainable student excellence.
• Development of curriculum, teacher training, and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management, administration, affiliation, academics, and public relations.
• Must have thorough knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies, Education policy formulation.
