Job Description
Executive - Export Documentation:
Profile Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Export Documentation
- Preferably from the Manufacturing Industry or from the Shipping Industry
- Workign knowledge in SAP / Other ERP system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mailing.
- Having good oral & verbal communication skills.
Job Description:
- Obtain essential shipment data from vendors & customers to start the documentation process.
- Supporting export documentation like preparation ofdocuments, verification, submitting Form 13, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Tracking export shipments online and preparing MIS data;maintaining and keeping track of export files.
- Communicate daily with vendors to ensure alldocumentation is accurate.
- Maintain knowledge of transportation and shipmentprocesses, including best practices and regulations.
- Help the team oversee customs clearance processes andensure all necessary documentation is provided.
