Documentation Executive ( Export Factory )

Job Summary:

The Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing export process, logistics, compliance, and relationships with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all documentation complies with export regulations and company policies; stay updated on changes in international trade laws.
• Coordination: Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of shipments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all export transactions and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Problem Solving: Address any documentation discrepancies or issues that arise during the export process, coordinating with relevant teams to find solutions.
• Reporting: Generate and provide reports on export activities, including shipment status, documentation compliance, and any delays.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and updates on their shipments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in export documentation or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation management software.
