Treasury Analyst / Partner - Junior

• As a treasury partner, you will optimize company's cash.
• Guarantee the control of the risks and the financial flows of my company.
• Optimize the financing and their costs.
• Manage the company's credit policy and credit limit, manage the internal and external flows (cash in and out) in India, consolidate and analyze monthly cash flow forecasting.
• Be an active player in the development of CFO administrative processes, challenge current practices if needed and propose new approaches.
• Assist the finance leaders in their decision making.
• Ensure forecasts are reliable and optimize management processes within your scope of responsibility.
• Ensure speedy transmission of reliable information to all entities within your scope of responsibility.
• Internal and external control.

DUTIES:

• Have a deep understanding of the store's business activity, its constraints, rhythm and risks related to its business activity.
• I optimize and provide vary financing solutions, Guarantee the bank and cash services for each store in India and Optimize of our financial cost.
• I negotiate the financing facility of each subsidiary according to their working capital needs and investment planning.
• I guarantee security of payments in different currencies in respect of Indian FOREX regulations and explain new FOREX regulations whenever it is necessary.
• I guarantee the availability of treasury operations for each new store being opened. Arrange essential training to the store cashiers.
• I analyze, manage and anticipate the exchange risk on currencies, propose and execute appropriate hedging operations with financial institutions
• I ensure the control of the financial risks (exchange, debt)
• I ensure the control of the financial flows
• I ensure the financial optimization
• I carry out the bank reconciliation reports
• I analyse the financial result to ensure that it's coherent to my business strategy and the decision.
• I provide my skills as an instructor within my area of activity (complementary)
• I am the main point of contact with Bank and Company

• I help our entities to ensure the reliability of our forecasts (Cashflow planning)
• I ensure that forecasting results in good decision-making
• I am responsible for ensuring continuous and improved relations with Indian and International Banks, Familiarize with Indian finance and FOREX control regulations.
• I am responsible for building a strong and efficient organization, service oriented to our internal customers. Follow each team members improvement and guarantee team spirit and efficiency.
• Follow-up of the coverage (% of the hedging)
• Respect of the schedule of internal settlements (liquidation) defined by the Group Treasury
• Difference between the cash forecasts and the current situation.
• I improvise the financing solution in order to ensure Financing cost by % reduce year by year.
• Responsible for the efficient relationship with the banks to optimize debt structure within the company
• Responsible for local financing of construction projects.
• Responsible for the Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis

• Ensure quick and reliable financial information to all entities within your scope of responsibility
• Guarantee, document and provide for audits of our entities
• Ensure all accounting pertaining to financing is well maintained
• Ensure clear IDPMS and EDPMS
• Timely management of payments
• Internal and external controls
• Monitor adherence to management guidelines within my scope of responsibility
• Be familiar with internal processes; train team members and monitor their application of those processes through store audits.
• Look at processes critically in order to find weak spots; take action to improve them

REQUIREMENTS:

• You must have 3-5 years of working experience in Treasury Team.
• Must be proficiency in Excel and are curious to learn new tools.
• You should have good presentation and communication skills.
• You should have a strong interest for negotiation, people management and analysis.
• You should have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service.
• Your energy and curiosity will help you understand and evolve our processes.
• You should have a strong interest in analysis and project management.
