RESPONSIBILITY 1: Team Leadership & Development

• Develop, motivate, and care for team members.
• Recruit individuals with the right personality fit.
• Structure the team aligning with commercial strategy and economic activity.
• Ensure recruitment aligns with core principles.
• Foster team autonomy.
• Provide effective onboarding with clear responsibilities.
• Co-validate individual team member missions.
• Encourage and utilize collective intelligence (meetings, decisions).
• Provide necessary tools and training for performance.
• Support team member development.
• Conduct regular individual meetings (IDM).
• Guarantee mid-year and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain team motivation and engagement.
• Organize team activities and celebrate successes.
• Deliver timely and constructive feedback.

RESPONSIBILITY 2: Business Growth & Management

• Drive business growth within the designated area.
• Develop and implement the Local Sport Project (LSP).
• Align LSP with market needs across physical and digital channels.
• Educate the team on LSP for understanding and commitment.
• Forecast and manage business activities.
• Accurately forecast and manage expenses (PNL).
• Manage team availability (roster).
• Implement strategies for efficiency, stock optimization, and omnichannel integration.
• Create a welcoming and engaging store layout.
• Manage department mass plan aligned with store commercial plan.
• Promote the full product/service range online and offline (LSP alignment).
• Boost circular offer sales.

RESPONSIBILITY 3: Daily Operational Management

• Manage "Captain of the Day" responsibilities.
• Oversee full store operations (commercial and operational).
• Coordinate team availability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set and communicate daily business expectations.
• Support team members to achieve daily goals.
