Job Description: Sales Manager UPVC & Aluminium Doors and Windows Job Summary:

The Sales Manager for UPVC & Aluminium Doors and Windows is responsible for driving sales, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring market expansion. The role involves managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and strategizing to increase brand presence and market share.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, and direct customers.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.

2. Team Management & Coordination:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Train and guide sales representatives on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams for smooth project execution.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to close deals efficiently.

4. Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other platforms to generate leads.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and project status.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in UPVC & Aluminium doors and windows, building materials, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of UPVC & Aluminium products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities.
