Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building with customers.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through technical sales strategies and product demonstrations.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, engineering) to stay updated on products and services offered by the company.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions using knowledge of industrial equipment/machinery industry trends.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market insights.

• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development role within an PCD Cutting Tools industry.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through effective communication skills (verbal & written).
  
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply technical knowledge for sales growth.
