Role Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Bid Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

- This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven background in bid management, RFP/RFI handling, and crafting innovative solutions.

- The Bid Manager will take full ownership of high-impact bids, collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Bid Ownership: Manage bids from initial opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

- Engaging Presentations: Create visually compelling and tailored presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to clients.

- RFP/RFI Expertise: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RFP/RFI responses, including content creation, compliance checks, win themes, and timely submissions with outstanding quality.

- Collaboration Across Teams: Act as a central point of contact between sales, marketing, technical teams, and leadership to craft winning proposals.

- Sales Collateral Management: Develop and maintain a centralized repository of high-quality sales materials, including case studies, product sheets, and brochures.

- Quality Assurance: Implement a rigorous review process for all submissions to ensure accuracy, alignment with client expectations, and brand consistency.

- Leadership in Deal Strategy: Drive deal processes by developing innovative sales strategies and pricing models to maximize win probability.

Requirements:

Educational Background:


- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.

Proven Expertise:


- 10+ years of experience in bid management, including government RFPs, with a track record of managing high-stakes proposals successfully.

Tech Savvy:


- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word, for creating impactful presentations and documents.

Exceptional Communication:


- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Analytical Mindset:


- Ability to analyze market trends, gather business insights, and integrate them into bid strategies.

Ownership Mentality:


- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, takes full ownership of deliverables, and drives results with minimal supervision.
