Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Telecom Service Assurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking concepts, requirements gathering, and data analysis. They will be responsible for designing technical solutions, documenting detailed designs, and managing stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive Telecom Service Assurance domain experience to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Gather and analyze requirements to develop effective technical solutions.
• Understand functional designs and translate them into technical solutions using components such as Kafka, NiFi, HBASE, Graph Database, and Postgres.
• Document detailed designs, including Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Proficiency with technical components such as Kafka, NiFi, HBASE, Graph Database, and Postgres.
• Ability to understand functional designs and design technical solutions.
• Experience in documenting detailed designs (FDD and TDD).
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
