- We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead with a proven track record in Product-Led Growth and SaaS - B2B Marketing to establish and scale our marketing operations.
- This is a pivotal role focused on generating and converting leads into measurable revenue, while driving our brand and content strategy across multiple channels.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrated marketing, content creation, and brand management, with a deep understanding of aligning marketing efforts with product release timelines.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Marketing Operations and Strategy.
- Set up and scale a robust Marketing Operations (Ops) organization for a SaaS product with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Develop and implement a data-driven product-led growth strategy to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion into revenue.
- Create and maintain rolling six-month marketing plans aligned with the product roadmap.
- Integrated Marketing.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns covering internal and external engagement:.
- Product Engagement: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure timely promotion of upcoming features and releases.
- Channel Management: Oversee social media, digital marketing, and other communication channels and platforms.
- Event Marketing: Plan and manage events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
- Content and Digital Asset Management.
- Lead the creation and management of content in various formats, including videos, digital assets, website content, and blogs.
- Oversee the curation, updating, and optimization of digital assets for marketing campaigns and ongoing engagement.
- Customer Engagement and Brand Ownership.
- Ensure seamless initial customer service through issue tracking, website inquiries, and FAQs management.
- Take ownership of the brand's messaging, tone, and assets to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Drive external visibility and internal alignment on marketing plans and activities.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially product and engineering, to align marketing efforts with product development.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing & Digital Marketing with a focus on product-led growth strategies.
