Role Objective :

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of innovative web and mobile applications while ensuring robust IT infrastructure and exceptional user experience across all platforms. Drive digital transformation initiatives to achieve business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

1. Application Development :

- Must be able to develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze technology needs and develop cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

- Hands-on experience on all application development tools and technologies.

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Manage the full application lifecycle, including maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Introduce and implement new technologies and frameworks to optimize application performance and scalability.

- Integration with ERP system, third party systems link Banks, PG

- Training to all end users & team members on the new technology & applications introduced.

- Must be able to Oversee IT applications and data management.

- Must drive digital transformation initiatives & Develop and implement digital strategies for business growth.

2. User Experience :

- Ensure exceptional user experience across all web and mobile applications.

- Monitor user satisfaction and implement measures to address user feedback.

3. Team management :

- Lead and mentor the IT team to foster professional development and high performance.

Skills Required :

Technology Skills :

- Order to cash, Record to report, procure to pay.

- Project Management.

- Application Development using Php, Python, .NET etc.

- Database Management (Ms-SQL, Oracle)

- Mobile Application Development (Android, iOS)

- DevOps and CI/CD
