Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in managing operations tickets, monitoring ongoing processes, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional departments. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management:
  • Handle and resolve operations tickets using our CRM system.
  • Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Process Monitoring:
  • Continuously monitor active processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Identify and report any leakages or inefficiencies in the current processes.
  • Operations Improvement:
  • Analyse operational workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Suggest new processes or enhancements to existing processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Facilitate smooth handshakes and communication between cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure all departments are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Escalation Management:
  • Promptly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Follow up on escalated issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Generate and analyse operational reports to project trends and process performance.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management based on data analysis.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of operational performance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Develop and manage a knowledge base to support continuous learning and improvement.
  • Training and Support:
  • Assist in training team members on operational processes and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members are equipped to handle their tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree relevant to Operations or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in an operations role, preferably within a tech or telecom environment.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and ticket management.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
