Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in agile methodologies and proven project management skills. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding our cross-functional teams through the agile development process, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise in both agile practices and project management will be instrumental in optimizing our team's performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in Telecom areas such as MVNO, MVNE, Carrier Billing, IoT, SaaS, and PaaS, CRM etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership:

• Lead and facilitate agile practices within cross-functional teams, including Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Champion the adoption and adherence to agile principles, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Project Management:

• Apply your project management experience to create, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Scrum Process Facilitation:

• Act as a servant leader, guiding the team in effective Scrum practices and removing obstacles that hinder progress.
• Foster a culture of open communication, experimentation, and adaptive planning.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and outcomes in Sprint Retrospectives, driving continuous enhancement.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is preferred.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following domains is desired but not mandatory: MVNO, MVNE, SaaS, PaaS, SDP, Carrier Billing,  OCS, SD-WAN, or IoT.
• Strong familiarity with various agile frameworks, methodologies, and practices.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveries.
• Proficiency in using agile project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project Plan, Smartsheet, Trello, Asana etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
