Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subscription requests and ensure timely processing.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, credit notes, bank statement reconciliation, and Stripe transactions.
- Coordinate with the appropriate authorities and consultant for compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee India compliance matters including TDS and GST verification and coordination.
- Conduct reconciliation of Indian books, manage payments to vendors, and ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations.
- Monitor Dubai VAT returns, send reminders, and perform reconciliation activities.
- Process payments from India, Dubai, and Singapore in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper monthly closure of books and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in Indian and Dubai payroll processing and manage benefits administration for employees (e. , Sodexo).
- Complete Supplier Registration Forms and maintain up-to-date vendor records.
- Generate and distribute financial reports as required by management.
- Develop and maintain finance dashboards to provide insights into key financial metrics.
- Organize and manage the data room to ensure efficient access to financial information.
- Maintaining and owning the responsibility of all the financial data.
Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e. , CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ZohoBooks or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with HR procedures is a plus
