Role Description:
- Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure financial operations run smoothly.
- Manage the preparation and verification of domestic and international invoices.
- Ensure accurate exchange rate applications for international transactions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve invoice-related queries.
- Handle sales accounting and purchase transactions, ensuring proper classification and documentation.
- Verify vendor bills and reconcile purchase orders with goods received.
- Ensure timely calculation and deduction of TDS for domestic and international transactions.
- Handle GST filings, input/output reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and statements.
- Supervise and guide a team of junior accountants, providing mentorship and training.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- CA /ICWA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
