Talent Acquisition Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruiting process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles in the Real Estate industry.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
- Interviewing & Hiring: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective and efficient recruitment operations.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Partner with teams to drive hiring efforts and ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and improve hiring outcomes.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment processes are in line with HR policies and compliance regulations.
- Regularly report on recruitment metrics and outcomes to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Real Estate industry, with a proven track record in full-life cycle recruiting.
- Recruiting Expertise: Strong expertise in recruiting, interviewing, and team management, with a deep understanding of the real estate industry's talent requirements.
- Employer Branding: Demonstrated experience in employer branding to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.
- HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment for specialized roles in real estate (construction management, project planning, real estate sales, etc.
- Additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
