Senior Product Associate

Success Criteria:

Successful implementation of product features and optimizations aimed at driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

P ositive feedback from users regarding the usability and effectiveness of new product features.

Contribution to the achievement of growth targets outlined in the PLG strategy.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to support PLG initiatives and drive results.

Requirements

Should have 3-5 years of working experience.

Previous experience in product management, or related roles in a product Led Growth company.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
