HR Generalist (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and screening resumes.
• Coordinate the interview and selection process in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Administer onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
• Manage employee records, maintain accurate databases, and handle confidential personnel information in KEKA HRMS.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Address employee inquiries, concerns, and maintain positive employee relations.
• To manage Rewards & Recognition programs.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives (Company Outings, Quarterly parties, Celebrations)
• Support the performance appraisal process and assist in identifying employee training needs.
• Assist in the management of attendance, leave in HRMS software.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Responsible for managing employee benefits administration (PF, ESI, Medical Insurance, Sodexo)

Preferred candidate profile

• Post Graduation in MBA HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to take up new challenges and initiatives.
• Intellectual honesty
• Basic knowledge in HR statutory compliances is preferred.
• Willingness to research, learn and experiment new ideas in HR domain.
