Process Specialist - Data

We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist - P&C with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the companys success.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations related to Property & Casualty insurance processes.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and related documentation.

Utilize MS Office tools to manage and analyze data effectively.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Provide support in resolving any issues related to claims processing.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their concerns.

Monitor performance metrics and suggest corrective actions when necessary.

Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing best practices and insights.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Have domain experience in Auto

Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Show a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.

Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Be adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.

Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification preferred.
