Senior Process Executive-Voice

We are seeking an Online Analyst for our Customer Management team with 2 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and proficiency in English. Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. The role is hybrid with rotational shifts and no travel is required.
