Sales Accounts Lead _ Nagpur

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of the sales accounting strategy developed by the Sales Accounting head for the zone in line with the overall business strategy of DCBL with an aim to drive desired cost savings.
• Active participation in annual budgets for the function and ensure adherence to the same.
• Ensure automation of requisite sales accounts automation projects within set timelines.
• Report to Sales Accounts Head and senior management regarding the overall spend and status of finances for the Sales and Marketing campaigns undertaken at the zonal level.
• Liaise with vendors within the region to ensure accurate, timely payables.
• Liaise with the regulatory bodies to ensure that all the accounting standards and other accounting regulations are followed while preparing the accounts.
• Liaise with the banking department to ensure timely realization and credit to customer and reconciliation.
• Ensure all the tax and other payable and receivable related compliance (such as TDS, Commission etc.) calculation and disbursement are as per the laid conditions.
• Ensure compliance to the state/central regulations/laws.
• Prepare various daily and weekly reports like COB, collection report, shortfall in collections etc.  for Sales Accounting Head to improve the overall business operations.
• Ensure posting of the dealer SPA credit into their respective accounts.
• Validate and finalize NCR and NSP (Net Selling Price) calculations and report preparation.
• Scrutinize and validate dealer balance confirmation.
• Monitor daily /weekly / monthly etc. sales accounts reports and ensure due diligence /  compliance without any deviations from the plan.
• Well versed in SAP, & MS office
