Role & responsibilities
Administrative Support: Take accurate notes during meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and distribute them as needed
Email Management: Draft, send, and manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings or events.
Office Organization: Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all office supplies and tools are up-to-date and readily available.
File Management: Create, organize, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); a diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
○ Familiarity with modern office tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms.
○ Fast typing speed
○ Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
