Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close deals over the phone.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry.
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  
• Proficiency in making cold calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
