Dabur - Lead IT Network Infrastructure & Security Engineer - CISSP/CISM (10-15 yrs)

Position Title: Lead IT Network Infrastructure and Security.

(Preferably female candidate).

- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead and govern our Cloud Servers, IT Networks, IT Security, and End-User Services.

- This critical role ensures the seamless operation, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure while aligning with business objectives.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 12 to 15 years in IT management, outstanding academic credentials, and expertise in cloud computing, networking, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure Management.

- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based and on-premises server environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Govern all network operations, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks, to maintain high availability and security.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- IT Security.

- Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and practices to protect the organization against evolving threats.

- Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Lead incident response efforts for data breaches or other IT security incidents.

- End-User Services.

- Supervise IT support teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve technical issues promptly.

- Ensure end-user devices, applications, and systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.

- Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery through automation and process enhancements.

- Strategic Leadership.

- Develop and implement IT infrastructure and security strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement for IT services and solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Certifications :

Cloud Computing :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.

Networking :

- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Juniper Networks Certified Specialist, or equivalent.

IT Security :

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent.

Skills and Competencies.

- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
