Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent locally and internationally through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Utilize multiple sourcing channels to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Coordination: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • ATS Proficiency: Efficiently manage Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with recruitment suppliers and explore innovative avenues for sourcing top talent.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions effectively.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Address hiring challenges and adapt strategies to meet business needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with recruitment policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputed Indian university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
