Job Summary :
A Tech Support Executive is a professional who provides technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with software, Platforms, or other technical products. Their primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that customers may face.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and platforms effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system to maintain records for future reference.
- Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Conduct research to identify and implement solutions for new technical challenges.
- Maintain and update the technical knowledge base and documentation to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
Must have skills & tools :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Proficiency in MySQL Database
- Experience with Core Java
- Experience with Linux systems
- Database management expertise
Good to have :
- Basic knowledge of Spring MVC or Spring Boot
Qualifications : B.Tech, MCA, BE-IT, ME-IT
