Job Description

Candidate must hold sound knowledge of SACS, STAAD Pro, and Navis Works software. Experience in ANSYS/ABACUS/IdeaStatica would be an added advantage.
Must be familiar with design specifications and Codes AISC, API RP2A, DNV, NORSOK, Eurocodes, Conceptual study, FEED & other studies.
Must be Familiar with class authority approvals like ABS, DNV etc.
Must be familiar with detailed study of loads and loading combinations used for offshore design.
Must be familiar with perform and review different type of preservice and in service analysis for Topside module’s (In-Place, Lift Analysis, Barge Transportation, Load-Out Analysis, Spectrum analysis, Dynamic analysis).
Shall be able to perform and review FEM analysis for typical joint connections.
Must hold sound knowledge of strength, buckling, fatigue and dynamic behaviour of structures.
Review of Weight Control Report (WCR)
Experience of interdisciplinary 3D model reviews, constructability review.
