Urban Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
• Use various tools, such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM systems, to identify and approach prospective leads.
• Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and social media interactions.
• Maintain and update accurate lead records and data in CRM systems.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead-generation strategies.
• Conduct cold-calling and follow-up to generate interest in products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead handover and consistent follow-up.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to help improve lead-generation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication with potential clients by offering clear information about the companys services and solutions.

Preferred candidate profile -

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Additional certifications in sales, digital marketing, or customer relationship management (CRM) are a plus.

2. Experience:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Experience working in international markets or with global clients is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting strategies.
• Prior experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
• Exposure to B2B or B2C lead generation processes, particularly in sectors like IT, Software, Consulting, Marketing, or Outsourcing.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and other lead-generation tools.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and the ability to track and follow up on email campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesloft, etc.).
• Ability to generate insights from CRM data and use it to optimize lead-generation strategies.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).

4. Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) will be a strong advantage for international processes.
• Ability to personalize communications to appeal to different cultural nuances and international markets.
