Assist in managing the BPO recruitment process, including conducting initial assessments, coordinating interviews, and supporting the offer and on-boarding stages.
Support the development and execution of comprehensive search strategies aimed at recruiting employees at different levels using various candidate sourcing methods (e.g., competitive research, industry profiling, networking, direct sourcing, campus hiring, vendor partnerships, training institutes, FOC consultants, etc.).
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as TAT, Joining Ratio, Referral contributions, and infant attrition rates.
Maintain strong candidate engagement during pre-boarding to minimize pre-joining attrition.
Assist in maintaining an updated Job Description bank for all roles.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR managers to support current and future staffing needs.
Leverage social media, job boards, the Internet, and other recruitment channels to source candidates for available vacancies.
Build and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
Contribute to the creation of weekly/monthly recruitment reports reflecting talent planning, hiring status, and other key data.
Maintain and develop candidate databases and trackers. Ensure compliance with documentation, quality control, and record-keeping processes to bring standardization to the recruitment process.
Skill Requirement
2-5 years of experience in BPO recruitment (domestic Bulk hirirng experience is mandatory). Strong experience in BPO hiring, including domestic bulk hiring, mass recruitment, walk-ins, and campus hiring. Networking with FOC consultants, training institutes, campuses, NGOs, and government-run programs is an advantage. Proven ability to handle teams Experience with social networking and data mapping through job portals like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.
